Terms and Conditions

 

Please ensure you read all three (3) pages of Terms and Conditions

 

 

 

Deposit

 

Bookings will only be accepted in writing and on the owners Booking Form and with the appropriate deposit. 

 

Provided the booking is made at least eight weeks before the commencement of the rental period, then a deposit / initial payment of 30% of the total rental is required. Should an Acknowledgement of Receipt be required, please enclose a stamped address envelope.

 

If the booking is less than eight weeks before the date of arrival, then the full cost of the rental period is required.

 

Final Payment

 

Once the Booking Form is received and accepted by the Owners, the Applicants are liable for payment of the balance of rental, eight weeks before the start of the rental period.

 

The Owners will treat non-payment of the balance by the due date as a cancellation.

 

The Applicants will remain liable for the full rental amount payable, unless the owners are able to re-let the property.

 

Telephone / Internet / E-mail Bookings

 

Once a booking has been taken via one of these methods, this will deem a contract has been formed and will render the Applicant subject to The Conifers Guest Annexe Terms & Conditions.

 

Change of Booking

 

The Owners are happy to amend a booking subject to the Guest Annexe’s availability and this will be done free of charge if a further Booking is made. 

 

If the Applicant is unable to find a suitable alternative date(s) then the deposit / initial payment will in retained by the Owners.

 

Holiday Cancellation Insurance

 

Although we do not provide insurance, it is strongly recommended, in your own interests, that you obtain some form of private Cancellation Insurance. Unfortunately, family or other crises do happen and nobody likes to pay for a holiday that they do not have!

 

Groceries

 

The Owners are willing to purchase groceries in advance. Payment is required within 24 hours of arrival.
